Interactive Architecture >>> prepared music field

  For the past five years, the Digital Arts Center at the College of Arts + Architecture has designed and studied a series of stage sets for operas & plays, interactive music performances, dance rehearsal setting, and large scale public displays.  This talk will present the conceptual background and methods for analysis related both to artistic intention and interaction. It will conclude with a description of our most ambitious project scheduled for 2015, a joint project with the composer Andy Akiho for a series of installations at museums in the United Sates and at the Rome Academy where the composer is a fellow.                   http://vimeo.com/57217119
