  We, visual analytics researchers and entrepreneurs, are starting an industrial revolution. Evidenced by the massive IPOs of Tableau, Visual Analytics research starts to emerge, sustain, and thrive in everyday business lives. As the first generation PhD graduated in this field, I have unique experience - from nobody to expert, from student to PhD adviser, from a research professor to founder and head of Taste Analytics. In this talk, I will describe how visual analytics changed my life, and how we are applying it to changing even enterprises and businesses.
