This talk will present continued work on the Effective Emergency Response System(EERC) that has been under development for the past 5 years. EERC provides visually rich interactive tools for use by incident commanders and responders during emergencies in large buildings. Here we will present a mobile friendly, web-based 2D interactive floor plan editor that can be used by emergency responders to map multi-floor buildings for use with the EERC system.
